Kosho is passionate about supporting and backing founders who challenge what is and push the boundaries of what could be. Before Joyance he led various projects at a CPG company including startup investments, business development projects, financial modeling, and business unit reorganization. Prior, he worked at the Ministry of Finance in Japan, fostering effective and efficient use of national properties. He holds a BA in Economics from Waseda University in Japan and an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland. He is located in Tokyo.
